SPT Drilling Ltd. has 40 years experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling. The company has three drill operators with a combined total of 50 years drilling experience.

The company is equipped to use hollow stem, large diameter hollow stem and solid stem auger in drilling test holes and completing tests such as Standard Penetration, Vane Shears, Dynamic Cone and Shelby Sampling. Driller’s and assistants are also skilled in installing instrumentation, peizometers and slope indicators, and decommissioning monitoring wells, continuous coring, decontamination of samplers and equipment and the use of grouting equipment.

Diversity of contract experience spans bridge work, road work, building foundation testing, environmental investigation and services to the oil and gas industry working with geotechnical and environmental consultants.
